A Little About Me...
I love my profession, singing, the guitar, and free expression.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, United States, I am a fluently trilingual (English, Spanish, Italian) psychotherapist splitting my time between Mexico and Chicago.

I graduated with a double major, Masters and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Schaumburg, Illinois, United States and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a special interest in cases of trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsions, and chronic illness spanning from adults age 18 and over to older geriatric clients.

I consider myself a holistic psychotherapist, which means the integration of all aspects of life, (body, mind, soul) of my clients to develop their diagnosis and treatment plan.

Believer in God, the metaphysical, spiritual, power of energy (bio/psycho/emotional) to attract, manifest, or heal, biomagnetism therapy, auriculotherapy , homeopathy, mindfullness meditation, and audiofrequency meditation to reach alpha levels of concentration.

My therapeutic orientation is primarily integrative relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral. This focuses my therapy on establishing a bond of trust with my patient, understanding what experiences throughout life may have contributed to creating problematic issues, trauma, cognitive and emotional unbalance, then integrating various therapeutic techniques in order to attain relief and the appropriate treatment plan for my patients.

As an eplieptic, cancer, and stroke survivor, I have acquired additional life experience that helps me understand patients who have undergone or are currently going through similar issues. Though I have had my fair share of obstacles, the personal knowledge I have gained throughout this time working in education, child welfare services, and with the chronically mentally ill, may be beneficial to helping those in need.
